- Start of production

- Determination of a fire resistance of a construction Flexibuild
- Flexibuild product certified as a constructional material
- Building of first 15 Flexibuild houses
- Expansion of customer services (designing, financing etc.)
- Creating of a net of certified constructional companies all around the Czech Republic that are constantly trained in a the constructional system Flexibuild
